Carolina Melis

I'm feeling pretty inspired by the work of Carolina Melis. Her work is pretty versatile, she but the stuff that interests me the most recently is her hand embroidered work. I'm thinking that this may be the kind of direction that I want to take my work into :D

I'm not very up to date with my blogging - here are a couple of the dream catchers I made with patients on last weeks session on my work placement. A simple idea but its wonderful to see people enjoying finding themselves and their creativity. Working with colours and fabrics and patterns and buttons - i love it :)

Here are all of my final pieces from my most recent project at uni. It has definately been a project that I feel that put my all into - something that hasn't happened in a very long time. There are still some bits and pieces that I'm not fully happy with but I am so ready to take this next project on, my final project...scarey :D
